It is a little before 8:00 Friday morning (6:00 Thursday night in DC). I am sitting in the 36th floor executive lounge at the Hilton Sydney. I just had some fruit, a couple of muffins, and a very good latte. I took a quick glance at The Sydney Morning Herald newspaper.

I flew business from Dulles to San Francisco in a 777 (love it) but flew coach from San Francisco to Syndey - and I survived it. I took an Ambian and I think I slept for a solid five hours so I really don't feel tired.

It is chilly in Sydney, around 55 degrees - if that warm. Since I carried my luggage on, I got through immigration and customs in less then 20 minutes and hopped into a cab to come to the hotel. My room is not ready so I am up here for a quick breakfast.

I am going to go over to the convention center soon and set up the booth. That way I will get it out of the way. From the 36th floor, Sydney is a beautful city. I am looking forward to exploring it today and tomorrow. i'll write more later.
